Welcome to FlashPips. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SLIPDACADEMY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Suite 9416, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom, trading as FlashPips (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website at flashpips.com and the FlashPips trading software (the “Software”).

By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using the Software, or by participating in our referral program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

FlashPips is a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor (trading bot) designed to place and manage stop orders around high-impact news events. The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and run the Software on your own MetaTrader 5 terminal(s) for your own trading activity.

• Free Version — available at no cost, limited to ADP and NFP events, a maximum of 2 parallel trades, and pre-tuned default settings, with no RL controller, slippage control, custom events, or custom settings.
• Full Version — unlocked for a one-time fee and licensed for unlimited brokers and accounts, with every news event, custom events and settings, and free lifetime updates.

The Full Version is activated using a license key delivered after purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Licenses are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, sub-licensed, or transferred without our written consent.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account or license key. You agree to use the Software only in compliance with all applicable laws and the rules of your broker.

The Free Version is provided at no charge. The Full Version is offered for a one-time fee (currently $79, shown at checkout as a limited-time launch price). All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and may change; the price displayed at the time of purchase governs. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, whose terms also apply.

The Full Version is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email support@flashpips.com with your order details within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refunds where we determine, in good faith, that the policy is being abused — for example, repeated purchases and refunds, or chargeback fraud.

Our referral program rewards you with $25 for every new customer who purchases the Full Version using your referral link. The following rules apply:

• Referrals must be genuine new customers. Self-referrals and referrals of existing accounts are void.
• Commissions are paid out via PayPal, Payoneer or Wise once your available balance reaches the $50 minimum payout threshold, typically within two business days of a payout request.
• Commissions are reversed or clawed back if a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.
• Spamming, misleading advertising, cookie-stuffing, or any other abusive promotion is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of earnings and termination of your account.

We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program, including payout rates and thresholds, at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree that you will not, and will not allow others to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Copy, redistribute, resell, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software or any license key.
• Use the Software to develop a competing product or service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable law, your broker's terms, or these Terms.

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, the website, our branding, and all related intellectual property. These Terms grant you only the limited license described above.

MetaTrader and MetaTrader 5 are trademarks of MetaQuotes Software Corp. FlashPips is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MetaQuotes Software Corp. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

The Software runs on MetaTrader 5 and executes trades through your chosen broker. MetaQuotes, your broker, your payment provider, and any other third-party service operate under their own terms and are independent of us. We are not responsible for their actions, availability, or performance.

Important: Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your objectives, financial situation, and risk appetite. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your deposited funds, and under certain market conditions losses may exceed your account balance.

It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and it does not guarantee any profit or particular outcome. You are solely responsible for how you configure the Software, the instruments and risk settings you choose, and every trade placed on your account. We strongly recommend testing the Software on a demo account before trading live, and never trading with money you cannot afford to lose.

The Software and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or profitable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Software or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Software, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your activity in the referral program.

These Terms take effect when you first use our services and continue until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access and license at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Software, or abuse the referral program. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, the risk disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email. Your continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the jurisdiction in which SLIPDACADEMY LTD is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If it cannot be resolved, it will be finally resolved through binding arbitration conducted in that jurisdiction, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software, and supersede any prior agreements. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. No waiver by us of any breach is a waiver of any future breach.
